March 5, Day 5

Hello Women of God,

Sorry for the delay. I had a few bumps in the road today, but overall, it has been a wonderful for me: prayer time, encouraging phone calls and emails, and family time with my father watching my son play basketball.  

Today in Prayer the word that resonated in my spirit were healing. In prayer, I stepped in each of our secret “hurting place” and cried out for healing and soothing from the pain. Each of our hurting place may have developed differently but the pain felt and looked exactly the same. I was able to find your pain because it felt and looked just like mine. I didn’t ask why each of are hurt but I took my mind back to my lowest point in life and asked God to apply His healing Balm on our hurts. I asked Him for a permanent fix to the momentary patches that we have applied. Basically I asked Him to give us the grace to forgive ourselves completely. He poured out forgiveness in the form of blood from Jesus, I began to feel complete relief and heard “ahhhhh” coming up from the hurt place like steam. This morning’s intercession was amazing; it was something that I needed to experience and see personally for a long time. Thank you for the opportunity to pray for you.

As I turned to the Word of God to confirm what was spoken in prayer, Holy Spirit fixed my eyes on this scripture.

2Ki 20:5 KJV - "Turn again, and tell Hezekiah the captain of my people, Thus saith the LORD, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will heal thee: on the third day thou shalt go up unto the house of the LORD.”

Captain of my people stood out to me over all the words in the verse. In the Hebrew captain does mean leader but it comes from a root word “nagad” which means to bring to light, make clear, manifest, decree, publish, announce, to tell, or make known. Here God is showing us a glimpse of our abilities within the Prayer Circle… We are leaders that have the capacity to manifest our dreams. We are rulers on this earth that can bring things to light out of the darkness.

Angela James shared a testimony on how easy it can happen for us. She is in the process of buying a home. In the contract it said a washer and dryer was included in the deal. However, after inspecting the house, there wasn’t a washer and dryer in sight. Angela spoke faith to her real estate agent by saying, "Well, maybe she'll just give it to us since it's marked.” The sellers agreed to buy a washer and dryer for her instead of redoing the paperwork… Praise God!! The simplistic action of speaking faith by announcing the error manifested the promise. I love how God is using everything in our lives right now to illustrate his message to us. It’s up to us to believe. Are you walking in full faith that you are Called and Chosen? Are you confident that you have the strength, power for performing miracles, good-will, and self control to make your dreams come true?

I know Angela very well, so I’m going to throw some more of her business out there to. At the beginning of this home buying process she was a wreck. She was getting on my nerves about this and that to the point we fell out for about 22 hours. :) She was worried, losing sleep, etc. She has never bought a home and the process is scary for you. Mind you, Angela is intelligent, capable, resourceful, and all of that… Now I’m truly seeing the transformation of God in her life… Instead of suffering with worry, she is walking free because she realizes how to use her faith to her advantage. I love you Angela.. lol…  All praise and glory to God for He is doing something mighty and grand within her. He is already answering her prayers about her perspective on how God loves her.

Jehovah Rapha, the Lord that Heals, I thank you for this day that you have made. I thank you for your mercy, favor and grace that you have extended to me today. I thank you for taking a moment to heal my hurting place. I thank you for applying the blood of Jesus to this area. Ohhhh… it was nothing but the blood of Jesus that soothed my soul and allowed forgiveness to permeate my secret place. For so long I have cried out in silence and now a new song of relief can be heard praising your name in its place. The pain was slowly crippling me and evaporating my faith but it’s you Lord who heard my prayer, dried my tears, and healed me. My faith has been revived.

Today I stand in faith as a captain like Hezekiah and declare that your promises are coming true in my life. I grab the mic in heaven and announce (begin to declare what you need from God)…. 

Thank you Lord for Calling and Choosing me, giving me power to perform miracles, the capacity to edify myself, and a direct connection to your love. My faith was a mustard seed size in the beginning but I make known that my faith is increasing. My faith is working on my behalf to bring Your promises to pass. I will walk in my calling as a captain and use my words. Life and death are in the power of my tongue. I will eat the fruit of my lips. I shall taste and see that You Lord are good.

Father I stand in agreement with my sisters in Christ and decree their blessing into manifestation.
